Our current systems (economical, social and political) are largely designed and administered by a few, yet they affect us all in increasingly interdependent and unacceptable ways. Taya Seidler is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Process Power. She is an energetic and passionate change maker committed to working at the edge of human collaborative potential.
Context is everything in our interdependent world. Our services are designed to meet you within your own unique context as we partner with you on your journey to greater impact. We meet the most obvious and well understood needs, such as learning programs and facilitation, as well as supporting you to branch out into entirely new ways of responding and operating.
Regardless of what your current context is, our process for working with you is the same: we hear your story, we get to know your ‘system’, we offer relevant support and advice, and we help you develop any new capabilities necessary to continue fulfilling your purpose and mission. We specialise in dynamic facilitation, co-design, leadership development and building capacity for systemic change.
Process Power offers dynamic facilitation services that support you at any step of your journey. We also build new capability through action-learning programs. If you need a facilitator for your next workshop or to develop an identified capability, we partner with you to co-design the best format and content.
As your Facilitation and Learning Partner, we design a transformational environment for your group, creating spaces for deep engagement and reflection to support new insights and behaviours. We measure our success by your group’s increased confidence and ability to design and implement new strategic actions.
If you have an existing scope and seek new ways of working to create maximum impact with your organisation or project, we collaborate with you at every step. Process Power supports your delivery with strategic consulting that’s planned according to your context and needs.
As your Delivery Partner we ‘walk alongside’ you during the project, bringing a whole-system lens to the process, providing coaching and mentoring for project team members, and co-designing and facilitating as required. We focus on action-learning to ensure you and your people are front and centre in delivery of the project to strengthen your team’s capabilities.
